The Rates
I charge £10 for 1 hour of walking time. Clients who have more than 1 dog requiring walked can benefit from a discounted rate for each additional dog (to a maximum of 4 dogs per walk). Note that 1 hour of walking time means 1 hour of actual walking time, & does not include time taken to pick up, drop off & transport your dog(s).

Some examples
- A 1 hour walk for 2 dogs would cost £10 + £5 = £15
- A 1 hour walk for 3 dogs would cost £10 + £5 x 2 = £20
I understand that you have a choice in dog walking services & hope you will find my rates both reasonable & competitive. Dogs may be walked in the evenings or at weekends by special arrangement.
Payments
Payments can be made in cash, by cheque (made payable either Jane MacLeod or to Let The Dogs Out) or by bank transfer (please request account details if you wish to use this method of payment) & should be made prior to the walk taking place (for example, at the beginning of every week). Should you become a regular client, I am happy to set up a standing order for regular (weekly or monthly) payments.
Cancellations
Walks cancelled by clients at less than a week’s notice will be charged at the full rate.
